Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email (the same email you used during checkout). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
You received a damaged item
You received an incorrect product
You received a defective item
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of receiving your order (you may choose your exact number later—this is a standard range).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Used or worn items
Items without original packaging
Limited-edition or custom-made products (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason:
If the issue is from our side (damaged, wrong, defective): We cover the shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind: The customer covers return shipping.

Refunds & Replacements
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank or payment provider.

Replacements
If the item qualifies for replacement, we will send the replacement product after confirming availability.

Exchanges
At this time, we only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. For size or style changes, customers may need to place a new order after returning the original item.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
